But it shall come to pass,if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statues which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and over take thee;
Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store (economy).

Deuteronomy 28:15,17

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and flocks of thy sheep. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store (economy).

Deuteronomy 28: 1,5

If you diligently obey the voice of the Lord. That word If looms large, we have complete choice whether to be obedient to God, however, as with any choice in life there are always consequences to any course of action a person takes. God makes it very clear and easy to understand worship of Him brings blessings that will overtake us, disobedience eventually brings destruction.
