On June 18, 1845 Andrew Jackson stated " The Bible is the rock on which our republic rests." Twenty five years earlier Daniel Webster, another of our forefathers said "let us not forget the religious character of our origin." In the days of our founding fathers there was no argument about the importance of the Bible, our leaders of the time sought to infuse it's influence in all civil, political and literary institutions. God's word is a very important part of our American heritage.

Psalm 78:7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God,
but keep His Commandments.
