Thought for Today

Solomon was the wisest man in the world, and many of his proverbs are about watching
our words. As God encourages and exhorts each of us as we strive to live for him we
should also encourage each other. Let our words always be;

Helpful: "The lips of the Godly speak helpful words."

Encouraging: "An encouraging word cheers a person up."

Gentle: "Gentle words are a tree of life."

Right: "It is wonderful to say the right thing at the right time!"

Pure: "The Lord...delights in pure words."

Refreshing: "Wise words are like deep waters; wisdom flows from the wse like a

bubbling brook."




Gracious: "Who ever loves...gracious speech will have the king as a friend."
